Summary: I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and always appreciate the convenience of the location. The rooms are large and spacious. Unfortunately, our room this stay had a lot of fruit flies in it which was disappointing. When we told the front desk, they said they would tell the house keeping staff for their next scheduled cleaning. I also had booked a room with two queen beds and upon arrival I was told we were moved to a room with one king bed and a pull out sofa. When I said that I wish I had been notified of the change in advance, the front desk staff said they couldn’t notify me because I booked through a third-party site. Like I said, I have stayed here a few times and this stay was just good/okay when it is usually excellent.

Summary: After greeting the person at the front desk in a friendly manner, he simply asked for my drivers license and credit card, and couldn't bother to get off his fat ass. What's happened to Hilton?? Why would they put someone at the front desk who acts like he's working at an auto parts store? The room was fine, except they had the dishwasher running for our first two hours (we checked in at 5:30, so had to endure the loud noise of it until 7:30). Tried the pool: in addition to being super cold, they have some crazy policy where you have to go to the front desk, sign a waiver, and then you can't even access it from the courtyard. So, forget the poolside BBQ experience. Overall, this place is not worth it.

Summary: Fantastic stay at Homewood Suites! luxurious room, and great amenities. The staff was attentive, and the location was perfect. Arrived almost 30 minutes earlier than check-in time, but the fromt office arranged the check-in immediately! Check-out was also smooth & fast! Highly recommend—will definitely return!

Summary: I requested well in advance for two things only one was granted , no connecting rooms but I asked not to be near an elevator but I was in a room near an elevator and laundry room. I forgot to put on my door knob Do Not Disturb and I received a few Knocks at my Door at 8:15 am when checking out is at 11am , I complained to The General Manager he said it was my fault for not putting the do not disturb sign and I have stayed at Many Hotels in my Life and no one has ever knocked at my door and he said in His Thirty years as a Hotel Manager he has Always Done This in order to clean the rooms. He needs to show a little bit of sympathy with his Guests and he could had apologized and still said what he needed to say. His tone was Not Professional!

Summary: I never stayed at the hotel this time. I canceled it. I wish I could of stayed there and given my review One suggestion is allow earlier check in times like 2PM so that those who arrive earlier can settle in their rooms. thank you

Summary: Firstly paid guest had to pay $12 per night to park. Our room reeked of curry. Missing silverware in kitchen. Was not told that housekeeping was upon request only. Stayed here ladt year. Much different and a bit disappointing. We stay here for convenience onlly.
